Printable Order Form

This is the alternative option given at checkout time. If you do not wish to pay by card online, you can print the order form and mail it to us. The order form gives you two alternative payment options:

• Postal Order or Cheque (subject to clearance before dispatch. Please make cheques payable to Glamorous Glass Ltd)
• Bank Transfer (our banking details are on the printable order form - just notify us when you have made the payment)
